Demigods will be demigods,

They are like rockets from pods.

Stupid and smelly,

Like most mortals watching telly.

Demigods are dumb,

Even Athena says her kids suck their thumb.

Lazy and have no brains,

They can't even hop on trains.

Demigods will be heroes,

Fight all our pitiful foes.

Take all the glory,

Then watch Nemo and Dory.

But most of all, demigods will eat cookies,

Most of all, they are MY purple cookies.

I finished the poem, the quill stopping in my hand. My hand-writing was simply perfect, and again, unlike most demigods. I dotted my i's exactly the right millimetres on top of the line and I kept the spaces exactly the same length. I made sure my o's were perfect circles, and that my d's were straight and neat. The paper had no mistakes nor pen marks, and it was a plain, cool, neat, smart white. No fancy camoflauge print or colored pens, like mortals, a simple black and white poem. The emphasize on how it was so true amazed me. I decided to finish it with a neat little '~' at the bottom, and then wrote my name.

~ Hera, Greek goddess of marriage and wife of Lord Zeus, king of gods and major god of lightning.
